Register on BuildingConnected
Register your company on BuildingConnected to be invited to bid on Vericon projects. Make sure your profile is complete and visible and includes the appropriate contact information so we can reach you directly.
Estimating
Our estimating department will email bid invitations through BuildingConnected. Once accepted, submit your complete, qualified and competitive bid by the designated deadline.
Prequalification/MSA Process
Vericon requires all subcontractors to complete the Prequalification/MSA process to be eligible for award and to perform work on any Vericon jobsite.
WHAT DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED?
Along with completing your prequalification form, please be prepared to submit the following supporting documents.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- W-9
- EMR verification
- Diversity certification (if applicable)
- ACH/voided check
