Project Overview
Vericon completed major infrastructure upgrades at a 25-story occupied BNY Mellon building in New York City’s Financial District, enhancing the facility’s efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance.
The project included the installation of a new high-tension electrical service on the second floor and the reconnection of all building loads to the new electrical equipment, improving the building’s reliability and long-term performance. The team also relocated the existing chiller plant from the lower level to the second floor, a complex undertaking completed within an active office environment. Through careful planning and coordination, Vericon successfully delivered these upgrades while minimizing disruption to daily building operations.
