Class A Office Campus Transformation

Project Overview

Vericon was tasked with the pre-construction and renovation of 340 Mount Kemble Plaza, which includes new amenities, finishes and common areas for a state-of-the-art paradigm office within five minutes of downtown Morristown.

The transformed office building features a façade of full-height glass curtain walls and a circular entrance with extensive sitework to improve traffic flow. Amenities including the full-service cafeteria, flexible conference center, barista, fitness center and game room / lounge were designed to enhance daily interactions, spur creativity, and promote productivity.
