Woodbridge Industrial Site Transformed for Prologis Operations

Project Overview

Vericon partnered with Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, to complete the development of a nearly five-acre industrial site at 440 Smith Street in Woodbridge, New Jersey.

The project included the construction of an 8,145sf industrial warehouse and office facility, along with supporting site infrastructure consisting of 65 trailer parking spaces, 12 tractor parking spaces, and standard vehicle parking. In addition to the site development, Vericon performed environmental remediation to improve the property’s long-term sustainability and reduce environmental impact.

Designed to support efficient logistics operations, the completed facility provides durable, functional infrastructure that meets current operational needs while positioning the site for future growth.
