Innovation Lab Fit-Out

Project Overview

Vericon was tasked to build out the high-tech Innovation Lab on the first-floor basement of the Washington Building.

Dubbed “The Hive”, the project included multiple modern architectural features and consisted of a client setup area, storage area, LAN room, conference rooms, huddle rooms, pantry and collaboration space. Floor finishes including carpet and paint were completed throughout.
