Project Overview

Wells Fargo selected Vericon as the Construction Manager at risk for their project at One Commerce Square, encompassing approximately 40,000sf over one and a half floors.

The project entailed comprehensive build-outs on both floors, incorporating new IT/network rooms, advanced security systems, and extensive infrastructure for their specialized processing equipment. This included installing new HVAC systems, IT backbone/infrastructure, UPS systems tied to the building’s generator, and a fire alarm preaction system. Despite a delayed start, Vericon completed the project on schedule by working second shifts and weekends as needed. The building’s complexity posed significant challenges, but Vericon expertly managed and problem solved to ensure the design was executed correctly. Wells Fargo’s stringent move-in date was met seamlessly, addressing their operational requirements.
