LOCATION: Rutherford, NJ

PROJECT DETAILS: This client relocated their office from Lyndhurst, NJ to the top two floors of The Meadows Class A office complex in Rutherford, NJ. Vericon completed the 11,000 SF second phase of interior renovations at the new location, creating a modernized workplace that houses various conference rooms, huddle rooms, private and open work areas, and a café.

LOCATION: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

PROJECT DETAILS: Vericon completed an interior fit out of the 2nd Floor North Office Space within the Englewood Cliffs facility, which houses the CNBC Broadcast Studios as well as support offices for various other NBCU channels. The new 10,000 SF office space is compromised of private and open offices, conference room, pantry area and collaborative spaces. Completion of this project led to Vericon being awarded numerous other renovations within the facility.

LOCATION: Jersey City, NJ

PROJECT DETAILS: Vericon was chosen to be the Construction Manager for major renovations of the 30 Montgomery Street Building in Jersey City, NJ. The 320,000 SF project included a shell and main lobby renovation/addition as well as a complete exterior painting and replacement of all exterior windows. Work inside the building included electrical panel and HVAC upgrades, toilet room and elevator lobby renovations, and a new management office, conference center and marketing suites, in addition to numerous tenant fit outs throughout the building.

LOCATION: Tyson’s Corner – Vienna, VA
ARCHITECT: Gensler
PROJECT DETAILS: Vericon was the Construction Manager for TD Bank’s initiative to build out and reconfigure a 25,000 SF office space in Tyson’s Corner as part of a planned relocation. The entirety of the existing space was gutted, including all ceilings, partitions and flooring. New improvements include a state-of-the-art telepresence room, large meeting room with executive conference table, ‘TD University’ seminar training rooms, and completely upgraded bathrooms. In addition to building out the new space, Vericon was also responsible for decommissioning the previous office to prepare for a new tenant.

LOCATION: Jersey City, NJ

PROJECT DETAILS: Vericon was selected as the Construction Manager for the multi-phase modernization of a leading national data analytics firm’s 315,000 SF headquarters office space, which spans from the 14th to 22nd floor in an occupied building. The majority of spaces to be renovated were occupied and Vericon was tasked with re-stacking tenants while the fit-outs were completed. With a mandatory move-in schedule of Winter 2018, Vericon assisted the owner, architects, and designers with bringing this project to a successful and on-time completion.

LOCATION: Country Club Plaza – Paramus, NJ
ARCHITECT: NORR Design
PROJECT DETAILS: Vericon fit out numerous tenant spaces within the fully-occupied, three-story Country Club Plaza building in Paramus, NJ in addition to renovating a morgue room, existing corridors and lobby area. The tenant improvements included fit outs for Bond Street; Nuvolo; Schenck, Price, Smith & King; Sony Music; and Steward Partners. The finished lobby features a 15-foot fireplace and a decorative imported Italian marble wall spanning all three stories.

PROJECT DETAILS: Vericon built out a 106,000 SF new project management office and renovated almost this entire facility including meeting rooms, cafeteria, gym and locker rooms. The work included installation of a mezzanine in the warehouse area to capture more office space, and additional parking and drainage at the exterior.
