Project Overview
As part of its relocation from Lyndhurst, NJ, to the top two floors of The Meadows, a premier Class A office complex in Rutherford, NJ, Vericon completed the second phase of an 11,000sf interior renovation. The project transformed the space into a modern, employee-focused workplace featuring conference rooms, huddle rooms, private offices, open workstations, and a café designed to support collaboration and productivity.
The completed renovation delivered a contemporary work environment that supports the client’s evolving business needs while maximizing the benefits of its new headquarters location
