Project Overview

Vericon delivered a 5,450sf, ground up flagship retail branch for Huntington Bank in Winston-Salem, marking a key milestone in the bank’s continued expansion across the Carolinas, where it now operates six full-service branches across five markets.

Designed as a modern, full-service destination, the new facility includes nine private offices, a conference room and huddle space, open work areas and a drive-thru ATM with night drop to support both customer convenience and employee functionality. In addition to retail banking services, the branch houses Huntington’s wealth management team, bringing multiple financial services under one roof. From initial site development through completion, our team successfully delivered a high-quality, efficient space that reflects Huntington’s brand and commitment to the region, creating a welcoming and functional environment tailored to the needs of both clients and staff.
