High-Profile Two-Story Chase Branch Near Radio City Music Hall

Project Overview

Vericon partnered with Chase to execute the construction of one of the largest and most high-profile branches in its portfolio adjacent to Radio City Music Hall. The construction team successfully completed this two-floor inline branch on an accelerated schedule, developing and prototyping numerous unique design elements.

The ground level is dedicated to retail banking and wealth management, with a custom staircase leading to an extensive suite of financial offices on the cellar floor. This hybrid branch features modern design finishes, including venetian plaster ceilings, extensive millwork with imported elements, a coffee bar, specialty lighting, and Terrazzo flooring. Despite the accelerated timeline, Vericon met JPMorgan’s critical move-in deadline while consolidating two previous branches into this sleek, contemporary space, demonstrating exceptional project management and efficiency.
