Project Overview
Vericon fit out numerous tenant spaces within the fully-occupied, three-story Country Club Plaza building in Paramus, NJ in addition to renovating a morgue room, existing corridors and lobby area.
The tenant improvements included fit outs for Bond Street; Nuvolo; Schenck, Price, Smith & King; Sony Music; and Steward Partners. The finished lobby features a 15-foot fireplace and a decorative imported Italian marble wall spanning all three stories.
