Project Overview

Various projects have been undertaken within the 9-story, highly-secured Ops 2 Office Building to enhance its infrastructure and functionality. The New Castle Restack involved a comprehensive 44,000sf office fit out on the second floor, transforming it into a modern workspace.

The Boiler Refurbishment project focused on refurbishing two 40-year-old boilers, ensuring improved efficiency and reliability. The Promenade Upgrade included renovating a major hallway and installing over 100 linear feet of skylights, enhancing natural lighting and creating a more inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the Variable Air Volume (VAV) Project replaced over 15 VAVs and five fan coil units (FCUs), upgrading the building’s HVAC system for better climate control and energy efficiency. These projects collectively contribute to the modernization and improved performance of the Ops 2 Office Building, ensuring it meets contemporary standards of security, comfort, and efficiency.
