A Modern Work Café in the Heart of Coconut Grove

Project Overview

Following the successful completion of Santander Bank’s first Work Café concept in the United States, Vericon was selected to manage the second concept in the heart of Miami’s oldest neighborhood.

This project aims to create an inviting environment for retail customers and local business owners, featuring open work areas, private meeting rooms with the latest technology, and a café offering coffee and snacks.
