Project Overview
Vericon was tasked with the 2,900sf ground up construction of a new Chase bank branch located within Cabin John Village.
This project was the Vericon DC Metro Office’s first ground up utilizing the new Chase 20.2 standards. Located on a small site in the corner of a high-traffic shopping center with the construction of another ground up bank branch happening nearby, there were various logistics that the Vericon team needed to incorporate for deliveries and parking. Additionally, this site features a film and mosaic in partnership with Arts on the Block. This project was completed on time and with a minimal punch list.
