Project Overview

Vericon served as Construction Manager for the relocation and complete transformation of a corporate office in Tysons Corner, Virginia. The project involved the full demolition of the existing space, including ceilings, partitions, and flooring, followed by the construction of a modern workplace designed to support collaboration, training, and executive operations.

Key features of the 25,000sf new office include a state-of-the-art telepresence room, large meeting spaces with executive conference areas, dedicated training rooms, and fully renovated restroom facilities. In addition to delivering the new workplace environment, Vericon managed the decommissioning of the client’s previous office location to prepare the space for its next tenant.
