Project Overview
As a trusted partner of the Summit Area YMCA, Vericon was tasked with the 35,000sf ground up facility.
This new build included a brand new gymnasium, locker rooms, childcare facilities, communal spaces as well as an expansive parking area to provide ample parking for patrons. Despite unforeseen conditions and a few external factors, Vericon delivered this project ahead of schedule and continued on to complete the new Olympic-size Berkley Heights Community Pool Facility.
