Higher Education Renovation Creates Modern Student Campus Hub

Project Overview

Vericon completed major renovations, including the construction of a three-story atrium and a three-story addition, as well as a complete fit-out of the existing building.

The project featured extensive new sitework, landscaping, and infrastructure improvements, transforming the property into an 82,500sf, fully ADA-accessible facility. The renovated space accommodates a new library, kitchen and dining hall, fitness center, classrooms, administrative offices, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard designed to enhance both functionality and the overall user experience. Through careful planning and execution, Vericon delivered a modernized facility that supports educational, recreational, and community-focused activities while preserving the integrity of the existing structure.
