Project Overview
Vericon was selected to execute an addition and alteration project for Barth’s Market, a premier gourmet food retailer in downtown New Providence.
The project expanded the existing 26,495sf facility while maintaining full store operations throughout construction. Following the acquisition of 18,000 square feet of neighboring property in 2015, the development increased the first-floor footprint to 9,486sf and introduced a nearly 7,000sf second floor, significantly enhancing the market’s retail and operational capacity.
