Vericon Delivers Flagship Capital One Café on a Marquee Manhattan Corner

Project Overview

In the heart of New York City on a marquee corner at 60th and Broadway, Vericon completed this 11,110sf build-out of Capital One’s modern retail concept that serves as a hub for banking, socializing and community engagement.

The project included a total transformation of the ground level and cellar within a newly constructed mixed-use building to combine full banking services and a vibrant café in a sophisticated, seamless customer experience. High-end finishes, including extensive millwork and terrazzo tile, were incorporated to elevate the space’s aesthetic and functional appeal for this flagship branch. The first floor combines functionality and elegance, featuring inviting spaces for banking and refreshments with high-end finishes like custom millwork and terrazzo tile, while the cellar level supports seamless back-of-house operations. Vericon’s expertise in managing construction in active urban settings was critical to minimizing disruption in this high-traffic area.
