Ground Up Pharmacy Facility Expands Fulfillment and Patient Services

Project Overview

As our second project with Bergen Pharmacy, Vericon completed this nearly 12,000sf ground up retail pharmacy in the heart of Livingston, New Jersey. The new facility was designed to support both customer convenience and operational efficiency, featuring a basement mobile fulfillment area, a dedicated pickup order lobby, clean rooms, private offices, and flexible workspace areas.

The project also included extensive site improvements, such as new landscaping and a parking lot, creating a seamless experience for both staff and visitors. Finished with modern, sophisticated design elements throughout, the facility reflects Bergen Pharmacy’s commitment to innovation and quality while showcasing Vericon’s expertise in delivering specialized healthcare and pharmaceutical construction projects.
